About the Embo Trust

2007 The Embo Trust (Urras Euraboil) formed as a company limited by guarantee. There is no share capital but members' liability is limited to a maximum of £1 each if the company is wound up.

The Memorandum & Articles describe the structure of the company and its governing rules. Ordinary members have the right to attend the AGM and any EGM. General meeting, AGMs and EGMs, are described as 'meetings of members'.
